Good at sales? Put your communication skills to work recruiting for some of the biggest names in technology.

My client is looking for a commercially minded salesperson to join its specialist technology recruitment team. No recruitment experience is required.

Rather than cold-calling businesses, your initial focus will be headhunting software developers, AI specialists and engineers for established clients. You’ll introduce opportunities, build relationships and manage candidates through interviews and offers—earning commission when they start their new roles.

You’ll join a business with a proven track record:

• 70+ professionals placed into NVIDIA
• 214 placements with NXP Semiconductors
• Harman/Samsung’s number-one global recruitment supplier

The earning potential

Commission ranges from 7% to 17.5%. With an average placement fee of £15,000, that equates to £1,050–£2,625 per placement, on top of your salary.

The aim is to build towards one to two placements a month, making £2k–£3k+ in monthly commission realistic once established, with no cap on your earnings.
