Brighton | Office-Based

Salary £27500 - £33,000 DOE, plus commission.

My client is a highly successful recruitment business working with world-leading organisations across Telecoms, Semiconductors, Electric Vehicles, Artificial Intelligence and Quant Technology within Asset Management and Hedge Funds.

They are looking to hire two ambitious salespeople or Recruiters who ideally have around one to two years’ experience in a sales, recruitment or target-driven environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, supportive business with an impressive client base and a high volume of active vacancies. You can begin in a delivery-focused position and continue developing as a specialist Delivery Consultant, or progress into a 360 Recruitment

Consultant role as your experience and confidence grow.

What They Are Looking For

• Around one to two years’ sales or recruitment experience
• Experience working towards targets or performance-based objectives
• A driven, competitive and ambitious approach
• High energy and a strong desire to build a long-term career
• A realistic understanding of the demands of recruitment
• The resilience to work through setbacks and persevere when things become challenging
• A strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for personal performance

This role is particularly suited to someone who has gained practical workplace experience, understands the realities of working in a demanding commercial environment and can demonstrate the maturity and resilience required to succeed in recruitment.
