I'm working with an exciting recruitment startup specialising in AI research and frontier technology, partnering with some of the most innovative AI labs and VC-backed businesses in the US.
The founder is an exceptional business developer with a growing pipeline of high-value searches. He's now looking for an experienced recruiter who can take ownership of delivery and help scale the business.
The opportunity:
• Work with some of the brightest minds in AI
• Relationship-led, high-service recruitment. No transactional approach.
• Average fees of £25k, with deals reaching £300k.
• Monthly commission: 15% on your first deal, then 40% of the total deal value on your second deal onwards
• Build your own AI specialism, with dedicated research support and the ambition to grow into a $1m billing pod leader.
• Soho office, hybrid working, typically 1–2 days per week.

Who we're looking for:
Ideally 3+ years in AI/ML recruitment.
