Recruitment Account Manager - Risk, Compliance, Data AI

£30-45K Base | £100k+ OTE

If you're a recruiter who enjoysmanaging clients, working live vacancies and developing existing relationshipsmore than starting every month with a blank BD list, this is a particularly strong opportunity.

You'll join a specialist search firm recruitingRisk, Data, AI and Analytics professionals into major management consultancies, including established relationships with Big Four firms. The wider business has built its reputation across Risk, Compliance and Analytics recruitment, with a strong network across consulting and financial services.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership oftwo established house accounts - both Big Four consultancies.

Historically, these relationships have generated around£150k per year in recruitment revenue, and you'll become their primary point of contact.

That means you're not being handed two company names and told to "develop them".

There is existing history, relationships and vacancy flow, with the team often gettingfirst access to new requirements.

Your job is to:

• Manage recruitment across both accounts
• Deliver against incoming vacancies
• Build relationships with additional hiring managers and teams
• Identify opportunities to expand the accounts
• Increase overall revenue from both clients
• Support delivery on other vacancies coming into the wider business

The company's existing relationships within top-tier consulting are a genuine strength, with its website highlighting both Big Four hiring successes and long-standing relationships with senior consulting leaders.

• Risk Management
• Data Analytics
• Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
• Quantitative Analytics
• Financial Risk
• Technology Transformation

Consultancies hire these people to solve complex problems for some of the world's largest organisations - from using AI and advanced analytics to improve decision-making, through to helping banks understand credit, market and operational risk.

It's a specialist market where strong candidates are valuable and client relationships matter. The business operates across permanent and interim recruitment, with much of its wider client work delivered exclusively or on a retained basis.

Experience recruiting for Consulting firms is highly desirable,regardless of the specific discipline you've recruited.
