The Opportunity

You’ll join the legal team as an Associate Consultant, learning how to build networks, manage candidate relationships and work within a high-end, specialist market.

You’ll receive structured training, mentorship from experienced consultants and exposure to international recruitment from day one.

• Realistic earnings of £50k–£70k within your first couple of years

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building relationships with legal professionals across the legal market
• Managing candidate processes from introduction through to offer stage

• Firstly, you must be a salesperson
