Mandarin-Speaking Executive Search Consultant – Robotics & Automotive

China’s robotics and automation market is growing at an extraordinary pace, and my client is looking for a Mandarin-speaking consultant to help them build their presence across the region.

You’ll be responsible for developing relationships with Chinese businesses across robotics, industrial automation and automotive manufacturing, winning new clients and then headhunting the specialist talent they need to grow.

This could mean recruiting engineers designing and building robots, software specialists developing robotics technology, or senior professionals working across automation and advanced manufacturing.

This is a genuine business development and executive search role. You’ll be building your own network, speaking directly with companies in China and developing a specialist market with significant long-term earning potential.

Who are we looking for?

Ideally, you’ll be a Mandarin speaker with recruitment or executive search experience.

However, my client is also open to people with strong B2B sales or business development experience, as well as exceptional graduates who can demonstrate intelligence, commercial awareness and a genuine desire to build a career in sales and recruitment.

You’ll need:

• Fluent or highly proficient Mandarin
• A strong level of spoken and written English
• Confidence communicating with senior professionals and businesses
• Commercial ambition and an interest in technology
• The ability to work successfully within a predominantly native-English-speaking UK business
