The business works across areas includingLife Sciences, Healthcare, Financial Services, Private Equity, TMT and Consumer, giving you exposure to fascinating businesses and genuinely commercial hiring conversations.

What Does Consulting Recruitment Actually Look Like?

Consultants are hired by businesses to solve important problems.

That might mean helping a pharmaceutical company launch a new drug, advising a Private Equity fund on an acquisition, helping a business enter a new country, or supporting a multinational through a major transformation.

Your job is to understand where talented consultants want to take their careers next and introduce them to firms where they can make that move.

Candidates are typicallyhighly educated, ambitious professionals, so the recruitment process is relationship-led and consultative rather than high-volume.

Who They're Looking For

• 1+ years' recruitment experience
• Ambitious and keen to progress
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Curious and interested in understanding businesses and markets
• Comfortable speaking with intelligent, senior professionals
• Delivery, 180 and 360 backgrounds all considered
• Permanent or contract recruitment experience welcome

You don't need previous consulting recruitment experience - the important thing is having the foundations and wanting to develop into a specialist.
