£30,000 – £40,000 (negotiable) + uncapped commission

You’ll be delivering retained search projects at the highest level from day one, with the backing of a Director who has over 12 years in executive search, including 7 years dedicated exclusively to this market.

You’ll immediately step into a retained assignment with a UK university that’s secured major public funding to develop a new space research centre. Alongside this, you’ll build your own desk, reputation, and network in a sector that’s literally changing the way the world connects, communicates, and explores.

The Work You’ll Do

You’ll partner with innovative companies, investors, and institutions to deliver CxO to senior technical hires across cutting-edge areas, including:

• Satellite Build Propulsion
• Earth Observation Geospatial Intelligence
• Connectivity, IoT Satcoms
• AI, Robotics Space Tech
• Lunar Missions, Mining Tourism

This is full-lifecycle executive search,from market mapping, research, and business development, through to retained delivery and senior client management.
