Horsham Office | Full Training Provided | Hybrid After Training

Basic: £25,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission

OTE: Year 1 £35k-£40k | Year 2 £50k+ | Year 3 £70k+ (Top performers earn £100k+)

With a move to brand-new, larger offices in Central Horsham this year, they are entering their next phase of expansion and are looking for bothtraineeandexperiencedconsultants to join the team.

You’ll be recruiting into a lucrative and recession-resilient market:Wealth Managementand Financial Advice. This is a space with consistent demand, strong fees, and long-term client relationships – offering excellent earning potential and stability.
