This is an opportunity to join a market leading online course provider for technology topics, in which you will be consulting with learners to assess their career goals, to recommend a personalised course. High achievers in any area of life are welcome - those who have risen to senior level in hospitality or other challenging/competitive environments are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

• Offer insightful advice and support relating to the various courses and subsequent career paths available.

• Seek to understand and cater to the unique experiences, ambitions, and financial situations of each candidate.

• Successfully manage sales pipeline to achieve monthly enrolment targets.

• Maintain and update customer information in their CRM database.

• Reflect the brand's core values in all interactions and communications.

Requirements

• Highly self-motivated.

• Prior experience in a sales environment or any target-based role is ideal.

• Capabilities to empathise and be compassionate.

• Strong communication and relationship building skills.

• A love for learning and a passion for people!
