Senior Recruitment Consultant – Cybersecurity

This is a 360-recruitment role involving client management, business development, and candidate sourcing, with strong long-term career development opportunities.

The Role

• Proactive sales, business development, and prospecting

• Onboarding and growing new client accounts

• Candidate sourcing, market mapping, and arranging interviews

• Presenting candidates to clients and managing feedback throughout the process

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from first contact to placement

• Maintaining and developing strong client relationships

• Attending client meetings and industry trade shows to build market presence

The Requirements

• Strong commercial drive and hunger for success

• Recruitment experience, ideally within Technology, though not essential

• Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to engage candidates through multiple platforms and networks

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and candidate management

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously

• Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate tracking systems

• Proactive work ethic and ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
