What You’ll Be Doing

• Learning and executing the recruitment lifecycle — from candidate sourcing and screening to placement and offer management
• Building and managing relationships with both candidates and clients in your specialism

• Growing your own desk as you build confidence and capability
• Working with a supportive team to deliver quality outcomes (not just volume)

• Principal Consultant:£80,000–£100,000+ (Year 4+)
