Delivery Consultant – Insurtech

Location:Remote-first with monthly meet-ups (UK-based)

Salary:Competitive base + flat 20% commission

My client is a specialist recruitment partner in the Insurtech sector, working with VC-backed start-ups, MGAs, brokers, and innovators across the insurance value chain. With a focus on building a genuine, long-term community, they connect exceptional talent to pioneering businesses – and they’re now looking for a Delivery Consultant to join their close-knit team.

The Role

• Own the candidate delivery process – sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates through to placement
• Partner closely with the CEO to deliver on roles across the commercial UK market
• Support predominately on commercial roles in the UK, also support across tech and product as needed (UK and EU)
• Use creative sourcing strategies (Lusha, networking events, meet-ups, podcasts) to engage top talent
• Contribute to marketing and content ideas to grow the company’s brand
• Build meaningful relationships with founders before they even secure funding

What My Client is Looking For

• Recruitment experience (180 or delivery focus) – any sector, but start-up and/or insurance experience is a plus
• Confident networker who can engage with a community beyond job postings
• Curious, research-driven, and capable of having in-depth, consultative conversations
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
• Interested in marketing, events, and relationship-led recruitment

2. Follow-up interview with the European Market lead
