Senior Recruitment Consultant – Finance Markets (Dubai / Remote Options)

My client is a specialist recruitment business focused on mid to senior-level hires across banks, funds, and financial services firms in the Middle East, UK and US.

They operate in high-value verticals including Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Technology, partnering with some of the most established financial institutions, including existing agreements with Big 4 firms.

This is a high-performance, revenue-driven environment where consultants are trusted to own their market and build meaningful client relationships across international finance hubs.

About the Role

You will operate as a 360 consultant within a well-defined, high-margin market.

• Join the Dubai office and build your desk on the ground
• Operate in a remote capacity

Responsibilities

• 3+ years 360 recruitment experience
• Background in Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Technology within financial services (or closely aligned verticals)
• Strong billing track record and commercial mindset
• Confident managing both client and candidate relationships
• Must be self directed
