Brighton | In office, some flex | Half day on Friday.

Salary: Up to £35k Base + Uncapped Commission (no threshold 10-50%) + Annual Bonuses

This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to pivot into high-demand, recession-resilient markets across Financial Crime, Risk Compliance.

You’ll be joining a growing boutique recruitment business with an established reputation, strong client relationships and strong job flow across specialist financial services markets. Commission Earnings

• 10%–50% commission structure

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building relationships with candidates and clients across Financial Crime, Compliance, Risk and Insurance sectors
• Managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer management
• Developing long-term market knowledge and becoming a specialist within your vertical
• Working collaboratively with experienced consultants and leadership
