Trainee Recruitment Consultant

My client is a lively and ambitious education recruitment agency supporting schools across Sussex. They’re not a traditional firm – collaboration, energy and personality sit at the heart of everything they do.

They’re now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team. This is an opportunity to learn the ropes, build relationships, and develop a successful desk with full support from an experienced team.

The Role

Build relationships with schools and education professionals
Support with filling temporary and long-term bookings
Learn to manage your own desk (patch) over time
Deliver a high level of service in a fast-paced environment

What They’re Looking For

Sales, customer-facing or education experience (attitude is key)
Confident communication skills and strong phone manner
Resilient, proactive and eager to learn
Able to multitask and work at pace
Positive, team-focused mindset

Requirements

Must be based locally to Eastbourne
Must be able to drive

What’s on Offer

Salary £25,000 – £27,500 + OTE - Long term earning opporunity over £50,000
Uncapped commission structure
