The Opportunity

You’ll join the US legal team as an Associate Consultant, learning how to build networks, manage candidate relationships and work within a high-end, specialist market.

You’ll receive structured training, mentorship from experienced consultants and exposure to international recruitment from day one.

• Starting salary of £28k
• Realistic earnings of £50k–£70k within your first couple of years
• Predicted £100k+ earnings within 2–3 years for high performers
• Top billers earning £250k+

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building relationships with legal professionals across the US market
