This is a delivery-led role supporting high-value searches across the US technology market, where average fees typically sit between £30,000 and £35,000, with some reaching significantly higher.

The opportunity includes:

• Salary up to £40,000
• Commission increasing to 45%
• Average billings of approximately £200,000
• Top billers producing £400,000
• No requirement for BD

Around two-thirds of the work is US-focused, so evening calls will form part of the role. However, you will not be expected to remain in the office to take them.

The culture is relaxed, collaborative and supportive, with low staff turnover and a strong track record of developing people properly.

The team currently consists of around ten people, with ambitious growth plans that include opening an office in New York.

Previous incentives and team trips have included Goodwood, skiing in the South of France and visits to New York.

They are looking for someone with one to two years of recruitment or delivery experience who is organised, commercially aware and takes genuine ownership of their work.
