My client is one of the fastest-growing specialist recruitment firms in the South East, operating across Cyber Security, AI, Data and high-growth VC-backed technology markets across the US and Europe.

Founded just two years ago, they generated £1.3m in year one and are on track for £3m+ this year. Their founders are top-performing recruiters themselves, still heavily involved in billing, training and developing the team.

The Opportunity

They are hiring both:
• Trainee Recruitment Consultants
• Experienced Recruiters (ideally from tech/SaaS/GTM/US market exp)

Trainees will join with structured training, live jobs from day one and direct mentorship from experienced consultants.

Experienced recruiters can join at Consultant or Senior level with the flexibility to focus on delivery, 360 or account management depending on strengths.

The business operates heavily in the US technology market, partnering with venture capital-backed companies within:
• AI
• Cyber Security
• SaaS
• Data
• GTM/Sales
• Emerging Tech

• Trainee salaries from £25k+

Working Pattern

• Experienced recruiters: Hybrid working available (2–3 days office based)
• Trainees: 1 day working from home
• Office based in central Crawley
