Brighton | £25,000–27,000 + Uncapped Commission

First year on target commission is £12,500 on top of salary.

My client is a specialist recruitment firm operating across Risk, Compliance and Financial Services markets in the UK, US and UAE.

They are hiring a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their Brighton office.

This is not a “coffee-making” graduate role. It’s a revenue-generating, career-building opportunity from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing - Leading the search to find specific candidates

• Building relationships with senior professionals across Financial Services, Risk and Compliance
• Learning how to headhunt on LinkedIn Recruiter and approach high-calibre candidates directly
• Supporting live mandates with global clients including consultancies and law firms
• Developing commercial confidence in high-value markets

One consultant billed £250k last year and is earning close to £100k.

Others have hit £150k–£160k in annual billings within their early years.

• Comfortable speaking to senior professionals

Sales or life experience is a plus, but not essential. They want hunger and drive.
