My client is a boutique search firm partnering with high-growth startups and SMEs, supporting hiring across leadership, product development, sales, marketing, and core insurance skillsets.

They operate in a fast-moving, under-saturated market and are currently overwhelmed with incoming work. As a result, they are looking to add delivery capacity to support live mandates.

This role would suit a strong researcher, delivery consultant, or junior-to-mid 360 recruiter who prefers delivery over BD.

The founders are experienced, commercial, and down to earth. They are actively building their brand in the market, including through podcast-led marketing, and have a strong reputation with VC-backed clients.

The role offers:

• Fully remote working, with a monthly meet-up in London
• 20% flat commission on delivery deals (full fee)
• Tiered commission structure for 360 billings
• Exposure to VC-backed FinTech clients
• High-volume, live projects with genuine urgency
