Recruitment Team Lead - Cybersecurity Go-To-Market (GTM)

This is an exotic leadership role at one of the UK’s most respected search firms in cybersecurity and emerging tech. With a highly successful track record in GTM hiring across FinTech, SaaS and deep tech, the team is now looking for an exceptional player-manager to take ownership of theCybersecurity GTM practice.

As Team Lead, you'll inherit and manage a team of 3 experienced consultants, while also driving your own billing performance in a candidate led, high trust environment. You’ll work with some of the world’s most disruptive technology vendors and early-stage scale-ups to place commercial leaders – from Heads of Sales and Marketing to CROs, COOs and VPs of Strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and coaching a team of 3 consultants (with scope to expand)

• Delivering retained and exclusive leadership searches in the GTM Cyber domain

• Building client relationships and helping shape commercial growth strategy

• Collaborating with a research team to ensure consistent delivery on complex mandates
