Career Consultant - Warm Sales!

This is a warm sales role working primarily with inbound leads and engaged prospects — you’ll be guiding learners through options, matching them to the right courses, and helping them take the next step in their careers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding to inbound enquiries from candidates interested in upskilling or reskilling
• Qualifying course interest and understanding customer career goals
• Presenting course options, explaining value, outcomes and return on investment
• Supporting customers through enrolment and onboarding
• Hitting personal and team sales targets with support and coaching
• Building repeat relationships with learners and corporate clients

Who You Are

• A graduate or career professional, ideally with some commercial/sales experience
• Confident communicator, great on the phone and written
• Service‑oriented with a consultative sales style
• Organised and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
• Interested in tech, learning, careers and helping others succeed

• £24,000 base salary + strong commission plan
• Year 1 realistic earnings: £40,000–£45,000
• Top performers on track for £60,000–£70,000+
• Ramped targets for the first 3 months - earn the 100% rates of commission with just 40%, 60%, and 80% of your target (respectively)
