Location: Redhill (1 day per week WFH)
Salary: Basic £25,000 - £5,000 + outstanding commission (40% on target guarantee)

A boutique executive search firm is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join its high-performing team in Redhill. This is an opportunity to work on high-value projects (£40k+ fees) for strategy consultancies specialising in biotech, engineering, private equity, energy, and more.

About the Role

This business is known for its deep market expertise, generating regular inbound interest and excellent job flow. You’ll work closely with consultancies providing strategic advice to some of the world’s most impactful sectors, managing executive-level search projects with autonomy and support.
