Location: Redhill (1 day per week WFH)
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + £5,000–£7,000 annual bonus

A market-leading talent intelligence firm is seeking a motivated and analytical Research Executive to join its specialist team. This is not a recruitment or sales position – instead, you’ll play a strategic role delivering data-driven insights that help global clients make better hiring and organisational decisions.

About the Role

As a Research Executive, you will work on projects for major international firms, mapping talent markets and producing research that influences key business decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

🔎 Mapping global talent markets to provide actionable insights for clients
📊 Conducting salary benchmarking and analysing datasets
📝 Producing written reports that inform client strategy
🤝 Planning and running workshops with major international clients
