What You’ll Be Doing:

• Run and grow a 360° Tech Recruitment desk across Software, Hardware, AI, IoT, and related sectors.
• Build strong client and candidate relationships, leveraging an outstanding existing client base while developing new partnerships.
• Play a leading role in establishing and expanding the Cork office –hiring, training, and leadingas the business grows.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to help shape the future of the business in Ireland.

What They Are Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in Technology Recruitment (agency or in-house).
• A strong track record of success in sourcing, client management, and closing placements.
• An entrepreneurial spirit – someone excited to be a founding team member.
• Confidence, resilience, and ambition to lead and grow a new team.
• Ideally, some experience working across international markets, although not essential.

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission.
