🔍 The Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, engaging, and placing world-class talent into leading quant trading firms.

You’ll enjoy complete autonomy to build your desk while being fully supported by a business that understands the complexity and pace of this market. With flat 40% commission on every deal and no micromanagement, this role is designed for ambitious recruiters who want to thrive in a performance-driven but people-first environment.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting in quant trading or financial markets (must-have)

• Strong market knowledge and network across quant, HFT, trading, or hedge fund recruitment

• Proven success placing mid–senior to executive-level talent

• Self-driven, accountable, and delivery-focused

• Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
