This is a top independent company of 30 consultants forced in the UK/London market. They have one consultant who is successfully billing in America; they are looking to add to this team and, in the midterm, secure an office in the States, offering the opportunity to move if desired.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development of an insurance/finance desk focusing on the American market with strategic prowess.

• Champion the 360 recruitment process to foster lasting relationships and ensure a comprehensive service.

• Expand an esteemed network, connecting with key players and influencers across the American marketplace.

• Drive business development with creativity and entrepreneurial zest, delivering tailored solutions to a diverse clientele.

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience within the American recruitment markets (any sector), demonstrating a history of achieving and exceeding targets.

• An ambitious mindset, constantly seeking new challenges and pathways to success.

• Autonomous work ethic, with a proactive approach to tasks and projects.

• Residency in or near Brighton, ready to collaborate and contribute to a high-spirited local team.
