Responsibilities

• Identify Talent: Source and attract high-calibre candidates to meet the exacting standards of the care industry.

• Build Relationships: Forge and nurture lasting bonds with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.

• Maintain Compliance: Vigilantly ensure all candidates comply with safeguarding, DBS checks, and relevant training.

• Drive Success: Hit and surpass revenue targets through strategic temporary and permanent candidate placements.

• Market Mastery: Remain well-informed on industry developments, staffing trends, and regulatory shifts.

• Expand Horizons: Relentlessly pursue new business, converting leads into lasting partnerships within the sector.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, preferably within health social care or education.

• Astute understanding of compliance and vetting procedures in a regulatory environment.

• Understanding of OFSTED requirements desirable.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport.

• Commercial acumen with a flair for negotiating and closing deals.
