Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy, Finance and Business Support

Epsom | £25-32k + Commission + Bonuses + Parking

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a driven and charismatic Recruitment Consultant to join a renowned Accountancy, Finance and Office Support recruitment specialist. This Surrey-based entity prides itself on cultivating a fun, playful, and family-oriented environment. You will be passed warm, active clients to build your desk out and bill quickly.

Please note, all recruitment backgrounds are welcome, however professional services or general office recruitment experience is advantageous!

Responsibilities

• Establish and enhance business relationships within your geographic area, securing new clients and negotiating terms of business.

• Advertise positions and source candidates through assorted channels, ensuring a constant flow of talent.

• Match candidates to roles, coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from initial screening to final offer.

• Provide market insights, facilitate salary negotiations and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Must have at least six months of experience in a 360 or business development oriented recruitment role.

• A background in B2B or high end B2C sales is desirable.

• Requires charisma and a good sense of humour.

• Must be a team player with a thirst to earn a high income.
