Our client is a small boutique agency with a wealth of experience and an extremely well connected, high billing director who does things properly.

His markets are: Energy Transition, Renewables, Decarbonisation Data Centres, predominantly working with investment funds as well with techy start ups.

💻Fully Remote

💸£35–50K basic (negotiable/dependent on your billings)+excellent commission

What you'll be doing:

• Building your market and network in the energy transition or data centre space
• Selling and delivering high-value retained solutions
• Working end-to-end across exec search processes
• Growing something of your own inside a forward-thinking, boutique search firm

What you'll need:

• Strong track record in retained (360) recruitment or executive search
• Experience in Clean Tech, Investment, or Decarbonisation markets
• Drive, maturity, and independence – this role is remote and autonomous by design
