Location: Brighton or London Soho (2 days per week WFH)
Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE + 30–45% commission

A leading executive search firm is hiring an Executive Search Client Partner to lead and grow their Chemicals and Industrial practice. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team placing senior procurement and supply chain leadership talent into global industrial and commodities clients.

About the Role

You’ll focus on retained mandates with average fees ranging from £40k up to £300k. As a Client Partner, you’ll leverage your market expertise and network to win and deliver high-value assignments, operating with full autonomy and no micromanagement.
