Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment procedures, pinpointing and placing talented candidates in diverse generalist office and commercial roles.

• Unearth fresh business opportunities, conducting in-depth market analysis and reaching out to potential clients in the office and commercial sectors.

• Nurture fruitful partnerships with existing clients based on a keen understanding of their recruitment needs.

• Set clear performance goals, provide robust feedback and drive team excellence.

• Develop the potential within your team through training, mentoring and support, ensuring a well-informed service to our clients.

• Keep a finger on the pulse of market fluctuations, adjusting strategies and keeping clients and candidates in the know.

• Propel the team to achieve both individual and group targets, with the view towards progressing into a leadership role.

Requirements

• A proven recruitment consultant with a successful track record in generalist office and commercial recruitment.

• A comprehensive understanding of the recruitment market, with specialist knowledge of the commercial and office sectors.

• Demonstrated business acumen.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Exceptional organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Goal-driven and persistent, focused on delivering high-quality services.
