Recruiter – FinTech GTM

An elite boutique search firm is hiring an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their high-performing team. With a clear route to Partner level and equity, this is a unique opportunity for recruiters ready to take their career to the next stage.

About the Role

This firm works exclusively with disruptive SaaS, Cybersecurity, and FinTech vendors globally, placing commercial talent across Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product. You’ll operate with full autonomy, managing clients and candidates end-to-end on high-value assignments.

What’s on Offer:

💸 Up to £70k basic + 20–40% commission
🏠 Remote working or hybrid from Brighton/Reading
🎯 No micromanagement, no vanity KPIs – run your desk your way
🪴 Clear pathway to Partner status + significant equity (MBO planned in 5–7 years)

What They’re Looking For:

✔️ Proven 360 recruitment experience within SaaS, Cybersecurity, FinTech, or related tech markets
✔️ Confidence in developing and managing client relationships at a senior level
✔️ Ambition to grow into a Partner role with equity
