The birth place of the new top billers

Industry 4.0: The birth place of the new top billers

We all say that it was easier then, back in the 2010s and teens, when a lot of the big billers built their empires, and we can only stand back, admire and pick off scraps.

Most of us have thought that, right!?

But we’re living through the fourth industrial revolution, and there is an opportunity for new big billers to be created!

What's happening, it's pretty mind-blowing.

  • Humanoid robots – for everything

  • Autonomous vehicles and drones

  • Flying cars?!

  • Smart factories

  • Surgical robotics

  • Plus heaps more I haven't thought of

The future is here, and we could all be flying around in cars and being served breakfast by robots soon. I can't wait.

The businesses developing these technologies are multiplying, new startups are launching and attracting investment, scaling internationally and competing to hire some of the brightest minds on the planet.

There’s space here to build, new technologies create new businesses, new businesses need people, and when those people have incredibly specialised skills that everyone suddenly wants, finding them becomes very valuable.

That's where good recruiters can become top billers.

You’d need to be curious, driven and bright, but that’s pretty much the same for success in any market.

The question is, does your current market have this much space?

The robots might be coming for some of our jobs, but for now, somebody still needs to recruit the people building them.
