My client is a high-growth Executive Search firm specialising in placing top-tier talent into strategy and management consulting practices. Withrapid expansion into Finance, AI/Tech, Energy, and Engineering strategy markets, they partner with some of the fastest-growing consulting firms globally. Around 65% of their client base is in the US, with significant ongoing hiring demand driven by market expansion.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious graduate to build a rewarding career in Executive Search, working directly with Partners and senior leaders across elite consulting firms.

What You'll Be Doing

You will learn how to identify, engage and advise high-calibre candidates across strategy consulting roles, including Analyst, Associate Consultant, Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, Principal and Director level positions. Typical mandates include retained assignments and high-value searches, often working with clients scaling new practice areas such as AI Strategy, Finance Strategy and Life Science Strategy.

Responsibilities include:
• Researching consulting markets and mapping strategic talent
• Sourcing, screening and assessing high-level candidates
• Managing hiring processes end-to-end
• Supporting retained search projects and delivering to tight timelines
• Building strong relationships with candidates and senior stakeholders
• Contributing to ongoing growth initiatives during an exciting rebrand period
